Guyger: Murder Charge is Right, But She'll Walk

Murder is EXACTLY what former Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger should be charged with, but she will NOT be convicted.

The city of Dallas over worked her, as it does most of its cops.  14 hour day.  She, as other people in her apt. complex have admittedly done, parked on the wrong floor in the parking garage.  They all look the same and are not labeled (I bet they are now).  The floors and apts all look the same.

In Texas, we have a defense..codified..that says if you make a "mistake of fact", that is, Guyger really believed she was at her apt. door threshold, then you are not culpable.  She will be found innocent.  Manslaughter was the wrong charge.  This charge is correct, and will lead to her being freed to deal with the devistating consequences of her honest mistake.  Pray for her.  

And, even though the Botham Jean family has chosen the path of racial division, which started when they hired race pimps to be their attorneys, pray for his entire family, too.

I put the lion's share of the blame on the very city and mayor that refused to pay our cops enough, refuse to hire enough cops-overworking them-which lead to one of their few, overworked cops, making a dreadful mistake.
